Our Services

The Community Peer Justice Project supports individuals and families navigating reentry and provides ongoing support within the community.

Peer Navigation &
Justice Support

Our team provides comprehensive, person-centered navigation for individuals and families impacted by the justice system.

This includes direct support prior to release, coordination during planned reentry, during unplanned or point-of-service discharge, and sustained post-release engagement. Through trauma-informed, peer-led approaches, we support individuals to access services in the community, and reduce the risk of re-occurrence, barriers, and system involvement.
