Peer Navigation &
Justice Support

Our team provides comprehensive, person-centered navigation for individuals and families impacted by the justice system. We also offer ongoing support to assist returning citizens with their transition back into the community.

This includes:

  • coordination during planned reentry, during unplanned or point-of-service discharge.

  • ongoing support post-release

Through trauma-informed, peer-led approaches, we support individuals in accessing community services by removing barriers, and reduce the risk of reoccurrence.
